If you’ve already got that ready, great. If not — I can help set it up for you with a quick, one-off setup that’s billed separately.

Do I need to use Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks?
I create your invoices in Xero, MYOB adn QuickBooks — you don’t have to log in or learn anything. Unless you want to.
How quickly can you invoice my jobs?
Most are done weekly — but if you’ve got a backlog or urgent jobs, I can usually sort it within a day or two.
What if my spelling’s crap?
You aren’t alone. If I can read it, I’ll sort it. I’ll tidy up the wording so it looks good on the invoice.
How do I send you job details?
We sort that at the start — I’ll work with what’s easiest for you.
Is this invoicing service month-to-month or locked in?
It’s month-to-month — no contracts. You book a month in advance, and that spot’s yours whether you use it or not. If you need to take a break later on, you can just skip the next month and book again when you’re ready.
What if I don’t use Xero or MYOB?
Yes I can help you set up with your accountant if you need.
Once that’s sorted, I’ll handle the invoicing, reminders, and keeping it tidy. You won’t need to log in unless you want to.
Will this interfere with my accountant or BAS?
Not at all. Your accountant gets what they need for BAS time — without chasing you for missing invoices.
Do I offer bookkeeping services?
I’ll get your invoices out, track what’s been paid, sort your bills, and reconcile your Xero or MYOB — so when it’s time for your BAS agent or accountant, there’s no mess and no chasing.
I don’t do BAS or tax advice — that’s for your accountant. But I do keep your numbers clean, your invoices moving, and your books up to date inside Xero or MYOB — so your accountant isn’t chasing you at BAS time.
